How to order

  1. Measure the outside edges of your window frame, including the hook-and-loop mounting space, not just the open glass area.
  2. Enter the width and height in inches and complete your order.
  3. Check your measurement email — after payment, we’ll email you from support@coverwith.com to check the width, height, units, and frame space for the hook-and-loop tape. These measurements must include the mounting area, not just the opening.
  4. 24 hours to request changes — reply to that email within 24 hours of it being sent if anything needs correcting. If we receive no request to change your measurements within that time, we’ll begin production using the dimensions you submitted. If you request a change, we’ll review it with you before production.
  5. We make your screen to the submitted dimensions and ship it after production.

Free Shipping: 12–17 business days from order placement.

Expedited Shipping (+$15): 8–13 business days from order placement.

Both estimates include production and shipping. Order preparation usually takes 3–5 business days. Expedited transit takes 5–8 business days after dispatch; it does not shorten production.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Incomplete measurements and complex custom orders may extend the timeline. Available shipping options depend on your product and destination and are confirmed at checkout.

When will tracking update?

Your parcel may travel internationally before reaching your local delivery carrier. Their tracking may stay at “Label Created” or “Awaiting Item” until they receive and scan it. A tracking number can be created before dispatch, so this status alone does not confirm pickup or a delay.

If tracking has not updated for 5 business days after dispatch or since its last update, or your latest estimated delivery date has passed, email support@coverwith.com with your order number. We will check the shipment with our shipping partner.

For destinations outside the United States, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and delivery estimates. US estimates do not apply to other countries.

Return

Because this product is custom-made, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or measurement mistakes. If it arrives defective, damaged in transit, or made in the wrong size due to our error, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace or repair it; if we need the item back, CoverWith covers the return shipping.

Bring open-window ventilation to a kitchen, living room or home office. The mesh helps keep flying insects outside while letting air move through.

02 / The mesh up close

See the screen. See through it.

A breathable mesh barrier covers the window opening. The close-up shows the mesh and finished edge, so you can see what sits between your room and the outdoors.

03 / How it attaches

The detail is at the edge.

Hook-and-loop attachment holds the screen around a suitable frame. Separate the screen from the attachment when you need to remove it; check that your frame is flat, clean and dry.

Check the selected version before ordering. If you need access to the window and are unsure which version suits it, send us a frame photo before choosing.

05 / Frame fit

Look at the frame, not just the glass.

The screen is made to the outside dimensions of the attachment frame. Check the surrounding surface as well as width and height; a damp or heavily textured frame may not suit adhesive attachment.
